Paranormal: Shifters, Vampires and Witches…Oh My!

Wolves

Sometimes I find myself in the mood for a really good werewolf story (or any good shifter book) whether it’s contemporary romance , M/M or even a horror, I find myself drawn into a world were humans have the ability to turn into animal and hopefully find their mate.

Vampires have had the attention of everyone for quite a while now.  Their dark and mysterious, dangerous and strong.  They are sexy and challenging and when all is said and done we are drawn to that.  Drawn to the idea of obtaining love from something or someone in which it should be impossible to do so.  Once you have it, it’s eternal, everlasting love something so deep and so sensual it becomes the idea of soul mates.

It doesn’t matter if they are good or bad, sparkling “Vegetarians” or dark, highly sexual bloodthirsty Gods.  Vampire Romance is a huge theme throughout the genres.  Young Adult, New Adult, M/M Fiction, Contemporary Romance, Chick Lit, Paranormal, horror, the list goes on.  Vampires will live on through film and literature and we will always find ourselves drawn to it.

  1. where is Patricia Briggs? her werewolves are so hot – Adam Hauptman is best werewolf ever – after Kresley Cole’s, of course…. speaking of, where the heck is Kresley Cole on your list? Immortals after dark?

    • This list is always changing and expanding☺I haven’t read anything by Patricia Briggs yet but I will have to check her out. Thanks for the suggestion! As for Kresley Cole I have a few books (the first 4 books in the Immortals After Dark) waiting on my Kindle I have not yet had a chance to get to, as soon as I do I’m sure she’ll be up there.
